Last job of the year… Munky was called in to enhance an explosion and make the viewer feel that they were right in the middle of a suicide bomb.

Chris Bristow created a bunch of rocks in CG that were then imported to Flame and animated by Gary. Extra fire elements, dust, rubble and debris were put into the comp along with a good measure of camera shake.

In the aftermath of the bomb, Gary put in some dust elements eddying around the scene enhancing the eery calm.
